What Is A Property Condition Assessment?


A Property Condition Assessment (also known as a PCA) is a general Inspection of a property to evaluate the current condition of all elements (Site, Roof, Foundation, Structure, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and ADA Compliance). This Inspection follows standards outlined by ASTM Standard E2018-Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments. 


A Property Condition Report (also known as a PCR) is generated and provides important information for the user during the Due Diligence phase of a Real Estate Transaction.
